Tabsh Law Firm was established by Rola Tabsh following a distinguished legal career spanning more than three decades. Throughout her career, Tabsh has held senior leadership roles within major law firms, leading corporate, commercial, M&A, and real estate practice groups, and advising businesses,
investors and entrepreneurs on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, commercial matters, and regulatory issues. She has particular experience in business structuring, investment frameworks, and evolving commercial environments, allowing the firm to support startups,
emerging businesses, investors, and established companies. Her experience extends to public service and legislative development. As a member of the Lebanese Parliament, she contributed to the drafting and amendment of key laws and regulatory initiatives, including:
