The firm is led by Rola Tabsh, a member of the Beirut Bar Association (BBA) and has been practicing law since 1998.
She is a former member to the Lebanese Parliament from May 2018 till May 2022. In 2019, she won by acclamation as reserve members of the Lebanese Supreme Council to try presidents and ministers.
She is also a member of several international professional organizations, including the International Bar Association (IBA), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Arab Society for Intellectual Property and the Lebanese Franchise Association (LFA).
Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial advisory, mergers and acquisitions, governance matters, real estate projects, intellectual property, and regulatory matters. She also advises startups, entrepreneurs, NGOs, and investors operating across evolving business and technology sectors.
She is a solicited speaker on various legal and civil society issues in Lebanon and the Arab region.
She received many prestigious local and international awards for her work. In 2018, she was bestowed by AL Global/ Acquisition International, the title of Most Influential Woman in Corporate Law in Lebanon. Rola was recognized in 2016 by Unesco Beirut office for her efforts in the Training of Trainer- Skills in Social Entrepreneurship.
Rola Tabsh was part of the parliamentary committees and contributed to the drafting of several laws such as the Private Equity fund, Single Member Company and Global Depositary Receipts and she was part of the responsible group for the amendment of the Lebanese Code of Commerce.
She is the author of several articles and legal publications tackling topics such as corporate governance, corporate restructuring and real estate management.
As of 2013, Rola was actively involved in the modernization and reform strategy of the Lebanese commercial registry in collaboration the World Bank, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Finance. In 2017 Rola Tabsh was appointed, amongst the team, responsible of the reform strategy of the Kuwait commercial register.
